The purpose of this Data Protection Declaration is to inform you about the use that is made of the data collected (“personal data”) when you visit our website.

1. WHAT KINDS OF PERSONAL DATA ARE COLLECTED?

These files are combined with other data sources for error analysis purposes only.

2. WHEN IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

Your personal data is collected when you provide it to us by completing our contact form.
Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit our website. These are mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time at which the page is accessed) and data relating to the pages, products and services on the Internet page you are visiting. This data is collected automatically as soon as you access our website. The data collected also includes data that can identify you personally, such as your IP address.

3. WHY ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED?

Among the personal data collected, some allow us to guarantee correct provision of the website while others are used to analyze your use of the site.
These analyzes allow us to optimize our website as well as the automatic distribution of offers that may be of interest to you.
When you visit our website without being registered, we collect, process and use the data relating to the use of our website exclusively in anonymized form. 4. USE OF THE CONTACT FORM

The contact form allows you to send us all kinds of requests. The information you enter there, including contact details, is stored with us for the purpose of processing your request and any related requests. They are not transmitted without your consent.
We keep this data with us until you ask us to delete it or there is no longer any reason to keep it. The validity of statutory retention periods remains unaffected by this.

5. HOW LONG ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA RETAINED?

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, without however exceeding the maximum duration provided for by law.
We delete them as soon as they are no longer necessary and, in any case, at the end of the retention period prescribed by law.

6. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful access. Since e-mail is not a totally secure method of transmitting data, we recommend that you use a secure method when you wish to communicate confidential information.

7. HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer by the browser. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure and do not cause any damage to your device.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted as soon as you leave our website. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on a new visit.

8. HOW DO WE USE SOCIAL PLUG-INS?

Facebook plug-ins (“Like” and “Share” buttons). Our website uses plug-ins from Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. When you visit a page of our site equipped with a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. Facebook is thus informed that you have visited our site with your IP address. By clicking on the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you share the content of our pages on your Facebook profile, which allows Facebook to associate the consultation of our pages to your user account. Chartwell Partners has no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or of the use made of it by Facebook.

If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate the visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, you must log out of your Facebook user account.
Instagram plugins. Our website uses Instagram plug-ins, operated by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.
By clicking on the Instagram button while you are logged into your Instagram account, you associate the content of our pages with your Instagram profile, which can thus associate the visit to our pages with your user account. Chartwell Partners has no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or of the use made of it by Instagram.

The Google+ button allows you to publicly share information around the world. To be able to use it, you must have a globally visible public Google profile which must include, at a minimum, the name chosen for this profile. Content recommended using the “+1” button may be saved and made public, and may then be displayed as an annotation with your username and, if applicable, photo Google profile in Google services (e.g. in search results or in your Google profile). They may also appear on sites and in advertisements on the Internet, e.g. ex. Google can also associate your visit to our page with your data stored with Google.

9. WHAT OTHER TOOLS DO WE USE?

Google Web Fonts. Our website uses web page fonts provided by Google, which enable a uniform graphic presentation of the website. Your browser loads the necessary fonts into its cache to be able to display texts and fonts correctly.
To do this, it must establish a connection to the Google servers. Google learns in this way that your IP address has visited our website.
Fonts that are not supported by your browser are replaced by a standard font offered by your computer.
